1-28 Workout


Just as such, I pick up every bug that goes around the office. So as I sit here at home, I could at least post the workout for everyone.

Just to let everyone know how I feel on working while sick, its not good to come to the office to spread it around. If you are ill, stay home. Don't spread the germs in an office environment, especially for those of us that have immune systems like a broken fence.

Today we did 2 minute boxing rounds as done by Bas Rutten on his CD's, then a few complexes right after that.
