here is a new video from Friday's bodyweight only workout. Stay tuned to see some fun stuff we did with Providence High School's wrestling team. We all met on Saturday for an outside training session.
These kids were animals, 9th-12th graders that had more heart on the field than most of us.
The did pull ups, sled dragging, sledgehammer work, medicine ball tossses and much more.
