The new place is great. Lots of stuff to demolish in the backyard.
I see the sledgehammer and the lifting of bricks and logs. This is a true workout. I dare anyone to try to do some demo and not say they got anything from it.
Still need to train after the demo? Thats cool too, but do not forget to place importance on the hard work you just did.
It didn't happen in the gym, but it doesn't mean it didn't happen.
open your eyes to true fitness and training. You have the tools, but do you have the guts?
