the tools used this morning.



Who says you need a gym?

I took these 2 to the sandbox and blew my legs up in a matter of minutes. I dragged backwards and forwards an old sea bag filled with medicine ball and sand.

All in about 45 minutes coupled with some KB Snatch and Pull up complexes.

i was toast!

Still have an excuse for not training?
